Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of Social Media MultiPost, a local desktop tool for preparing, scheduling, and publishing content to user-authorized social media accounts.
1. Acceptance
By using Social Media MultiPost, the user agrees to these Terms and to the applicable terms, policies, and developer requirements of every connected platform.
2. Authorized use
The application may be used only with accounts the user owns or is expressly authorized to manage. The user must provide accurate information during authorization and must not attempt to bypass access controls, platform limits, reviews, or permissions.
3. Content responsibility
The user retains responsibility for all media, captions, links, claims, music, trademarks, and other material submitted through the application. The user must have the rights and permissions required to publish that content and must review the final post settings before publication.
4. Prohibited conduct
The application must not be used for spam, impersonation, deceptive activity, unauthorized automation, unlawful content, infringement, harassment, manipulation of platform systems, or any activity prohibited by a connected platform.
5. Account authorization and security
The user is responsible for protecting the local computer, credentials, and project files. Access may be revoked at any time through the connected platform. The user must not publish client secrets, access tokens, or refresh tokens.
6. Availability and platform limitations
Publications may be delayed, rejected, restricted, or removed by a connected platform. API availability, posting limits, privacy options, media requirements, and account eligibility are controlled by those platforms and may change without notice.
7. No affiliation
Social Media MultiPost is an independent tool and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with TikTok, Meta, Instagram, GitHub, or their respective parent companies. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners.
8. Disclaimer
The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that every scheduled or requested publication will complete successfully or remain available on a third-party platform.
9. Suspension of use
Use should be discontinued if an account is no longer authorized, if a platform revokes permission, or if continued use would violate applicable law or platform requirements.
10. Changes
These Terms may be updated as the application, connected APIs, or legal requirements change. The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.
11. Contact
Questions and support inquiries can be submitted through the project's public support page.
